Return And Refund Policy

We are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality jewelry. However, in case of any unforeseen issues, our return, refund, and claim policy is as follows:

1. Return Policy:

If the product is found broken or damaged at the time of delivery, customers can initiate a return or claim within 2 hours of delivery.

To process the return or claim, the customer must provide an unboxing video of the product as proof.

 

2. Refund Policy:

Refunds will only be processed once the returned product is received and inspected.

The refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of approval.

Refunds will not be applicable for damages caused after delivery or due to customer mishandling.

 

3. Unboxing Video Requirements:

The video must clearly show the entire unboxing process without any interruptions.

The condition of the product should be clearly visible in the video.

 

4. Return and Refund Approval:

Returns and refunds will only be approved if it is evident that the damage occurred during delivery.

The damaged product must be returned in its original packaging.

 

5. Exclusions:

Any complaint made after 2 hours of delivery.

Claims submitted without an unboxing video.

Damages caused due to usage after delivery.
